The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is the professional body supporting housing professionals to create a future in which everyone has a place to call home.

About you

If you want to be part of a great team influencing the direction of housing policy and helping organisations and professionals to improve, we’ve got the opportunity for you.

Working as part of our high-profile policy and external affairs team you will be developing and influencing new thinking about housing policy, as well as promoting good practice in delivering housing services. Your primary focus will be asset
management, including the quality of existing homes and building safety. You’ll
be researching, writing, stimulating thinking and debate, and communicating our
ideas to a wide audience. You’ll be joining us at an important time as we
prepare for a possible change of government.

If you’re a clear thinker with strong analytical skills, enthusiasm, the ability to juggle several tasks and priorities and keen to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
