HSA members are invited to the launch of the 2018 UK Housing Review’s Autumn briefing paper, published by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
Hosted by Sheffield University’s Urban Studies and Planning Department (USP), together with CaCHE (UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence), the Housing Studies Association and RUSH (Research Users in Social Housing), the event takes place on 2nd October at Sheffield Town Hall from 12pm to 3pm (including a buffet lunch).
There’s no charge and those attending will receive a copy of the new briefing paper, which updates 16 key topics from the annual UK Housing Review.
Speakers include John Flint from USP and CaCHE, Gavin Smart from CIH, Review authors Suzanne Fitzpatrick, Mark Stephens and John Perry, and representatives from HSA and RUSH.
The UK Housing Review is a unique resource for the housing industry, bringing together a comprehensive range of statistics and expert commentary on housing across the UK and published in March every year. The briefing paper is a mid-year update and covers a range of key topics such as: the economy, latest evidence on housing need and migration, the state of the housing market, Brexit, homelessness and recent developments in housing policy.
We very much hope that you will be able to join us on October 2nd. Please RSVP to Dr Gareth Young (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm your attendance by 17th September.
